By accessing or using the Sidra Chain ecosystem, including any Sidra Chain login portals, mobile applications, or decentralized services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
Use of the Sidra Chain is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. To access the full utility of the network, including token transfers and P2P trading, users must successfully complete the KYCPORT verification process.
Sidra Chain is a Shariah-compliant ethical finance platform. Users agree not to use the platform for any activities that involve gambling (Maysir), extreme uncertainty (Gharar), or interest-based lending (Riba). We reserve the right to restrict access to projects or users that violate these ethical foundations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sidra Chain login credentials and private keys. Sidra Chain Foundation will never ask for your password or seed phrase. Any loss of assets due to compromised credentials is the sole responsibility of the user.
Digital assets carry inherent risks, including market volatility and technical vulnerabilities. Sidra Chain operates on a decentralized ledger; while we strive for maximum security, we do not guarantee the future value of any tokens or the absolute uptime of the network nodes.
The Sidra Chain name, logos, and proprietary source code are the intellectual property of the Sidra Chain Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction or "phishing" replicas of our interface are strictly prohibited and may face legal action.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect changes in global regulations or technical upgrades. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
